I noticed that I'm not getting 5GHz on Ethernet (I have this on wireless).

 

Would this be a limitation on my Network card (it's 6 years old) or the router? I checked the router settings and couldn't see anything obvious to change.

 5GHz is a WiFi frequency, so you won't see a setting for this on a cabled ethernet connection.
