You would get support through the normal Huawei support channels - but I'm guessing you maybe purchased this from 3rd party supply channels such as Aliexpress where people sell these very cheaply and are incapable of providing support.

Huawei configuration is pretty complex so it's pretty much buyer beware.

Hoping to find someone that can train/show us the correct setup- we would of course pay for the service.

As a wild guess, contact someone who works for Ultra fast fibre, or Enable UFB local fibre companies. My understanding is that they install Huawei ONTs. So presumably they would use Huawei OLTs as well in their core network.
