I have a Gigabyte GN-BTD01 and trying to attempt it on W2K.

I have sucessfully loaded it on Xp and W98 SE.

in W2k it says ERROR:Stack COM error.

after i attempt to run the uninstall it freezes on removing the bluetooth network adaptors.

Then if i try to reinstall, it says a previous installation is running.

So now i can install or uninstall. STUCK !!!

I even tried installing the latest Widcomm drivers, but same thing.

PLEASE help, I'm sure you've all been in my position before.

Cheers !

This could be a problem with your Windows 2000 configuration. Do you have other software creating COM ports on this machine?

Perhaps you could try creating another user in theAdministrator group and using it to remove/reinstall the software. I've read about solving some problems with other software doing this.
