Hello.

Ive got a Viera wifi/smart TV. (dont ask me the version number, as it took me 20 minutes just to find the brand name - Viera)

Spark modem HG659b

Anyway, my TV can connect to my wifi network, & get things like Netflix etc..

.

The problem is, that every few days or every day (I forget to take note), i have to spend 10-20 minutes to RE-CONNECT to the network.

Is there a way either via the TV or the modem - to remember the settings & as soon as the TV is turned on, it auto-connects to the wifi & if i do want Netflix, I do not need to go through the process of QUICK SETUP - NETWORK CONNECTION (the wording on the tv) each day.

Assign the TV a static IP address rather than relying on DHCP. Test.

Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.
