So I've just got the Google Wifi triple pack and tried setting it up with my Fritzbox 7490 which is connected to Voyager (although it originally came from 2degrees). But I get the message "Although you've taken the right steps, it looks like your modem isn't giving your wifi point an internet connection.". It then instructs me to call my ISP (Voyager). But, of course, Voyager are unlikely to help because the 7490 isn't supplied by them. 2degrees are also unlikely to help because I'm no longer with the.

Can anyone with a mightier brain than mine help out here?

Voyager could help you out here. Just ask for the settings required? I've had similar problems, without purchasing my providers modem, and they helped me resolve it (i.e NowNZ, Bigpipe and Flip).

Do you have a referral code for Voyager? Looking at signing up.
