I have been trying to get VPN working using Sophos UTM. Everything works using my android phone but doesnt work on iPhone. On iphone the vpn connection gets established but no Internet or connectivity to internal devices. (makes no difference having "send all traffic" on)

The NAT rule makes no difference.

I have dynamic dns setup with dtdns, do i need to make any other dns settings to make this work?

I know this won't help but we have had issues with every single Sophos UTM we have sold or tried, and support is beyond rubbish. We won't sell them anymore.

I partially fixed the issue by adding dns server (my utm address) in remote access - advanced. However i still cannot access the webadmin page, managed switch webui etc except when i am using 4g or wifi with different ip range to


ofcourse everything works on android from any given network.


Please help!
