Please provide traceroutes, nslookup etc.

Also indicate if you use any nonstandard DNS?

Does the browser report an error, or is it just the site doesn't load?

works fine here on spark VDSL

Youu dont have an ad blocker or something like that getting in the way do you?

site loads if i open a link to a listing and i can use the site but if i try to go to www.ebay.com it just shows a blank page

as a first step, i'd try clearing caches, try another browser, another device.

The fact that you can browse tells me that iver

 

1. Ebay is working and there is a browser issue with the front page (eg adblock blocking too much)
2. Your base url (www.ebay.com) and the listing links differ in domains.
