I've got a bit of a strange situation for you.
I have an iPhone 8+, and have a 2Degrees Fibre connection.  I'm getting about 90mbps speed, which is more than enough for what I use the internet for.

However I have noticed when I use high data usage apps, such as YouTube, Instagram, Radio Streaming etc. everything loads extremely slowly.  I'm talking about 30 seconds to load the YouTube home page on my mobile, constant buffering when streaming live radio, and 20 seconds to update my instagram feed.

I do not think it is an issue with my phone, as when I use these apps at work everything loads much quicker and there are no issues!  Same with using the same phone and same apps when on public WiFi.

Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this, as it seems like I've narrowed it down to my Internet in my house only.
