OK guys,
for all of you desperatelly trying to get a belkin dongle to work with the ms stack, here is it!

I use a belkin F8T001 which now works.

So,

1) get the widcom drivers form belkin.com (do not install, we only need 1 sys file)
2) unpack and get the *.INF and the BCBTHUB.SYS
3) now let windows load the BT stack: open the bth.inf form windows\inf
4) add an entry under [Cambridge.NT.5.1]

Belkin F8T001= BthUsb, USB\VID_0A5C&PID_2033

(the VID is taken from device manager)
(delete the bth.pnf)

5) let Windows install the Bluetooth support
6) reboot, and uninstall the not working dongle again, remove dongle
7) remove entry from bth.inf of put a ; in front
8) delete bth.pnf
9) insert dongle
10) Windows now should try to load the Boardcom Frimware downloader and will ask for driver, so point ro the INF & SYS we got form the widcom setup (BCBTHUB.SYS and INFs)
11) all other necessary files windows will have.

I hope you now will be as happy as me having this finally working.

Cheers,Alan.
