I would like some suggestions on VPN's Currently I use AStrill and have for several years. It seems to do what I want but figure its time to ask other VPN users what they use.

I need VPN that works on Windows or Android, and one that does not keep records of browsing.

Any suggestions please

I use Private Internet Access. They allow 5 simultaneous connections and have a SOCKS5 proxy. Anything on Torrent Freak's annual VPN list (sorry can't link to it due to work's proxy) and has exit nodes in the countries you want should be the only ones you consider. To make it on the list, they can't keep any logs of VPN usage (and disclose what logs they do keep, e.g. if they use Zendesk for example), and don't do port filtering or other nasty shenanigans.

I use Windscribe occasionally, got a free account with 50GB data on it that resets each month. Its been fine for basic stuff, only uee it when something wont allow me to from NZ.

Been using NordVPN for over a year now, got their 3 year 75% deal so its under $3 per month

Ive used it in the US, Malaysia, Vietnam, Singapore and Australia with no issues.

thousands of servers in heaps of countries, the windows software is pretty good as is the android app.

i use ExpressVPN, NordVPN and PIA all seem to work great.

If you want over the top privacy than I recommend Mullvad, zero sign up (no email linking you to their service), take bitcoin (no cc linking you to their service)

Rates quite highly on that one privacy guy - https://thatoneprivacysite.net/vpn-comparison-chart/ with the only let down being it's HQ being in Sweden which is apart of the 14 eyes cooperative

They dont have any NZ servers either but get good speeds to Sydney

Nord is quite good too but dont allow anonymous sign up, they are based in Panama which is not apart of any cooperatives

TOPS is quite helpful when deciding on a VPN as you can choose which options are important to you

In saying that I've used torguard, ipvanish, expressvpn, nord and mullvad and have all been good

never had that issue. and if a server is slow you can change to an unloaded one.

Thanks everyone, have looked at your suggestions and will give NordVPN a try have just installed it and on winodws the product launches on startup which is a little annoying but I am sure I can stop that in Windows startup. It seems to work OK. Will give try a run for a few weeks.

But of course the one selected is the one that had a fake account drop in with a "discount code". Banned. This alone would make me think twice about it.
