I'm using Vodafone Ultra Hub (H500-T) as modem for Fibre broadband and Landline services, but Vodafone only provides basic information on how to use this modem. There should be a thick detailed operation manual for this device to better utilize the features/functionalities of this modem. Does anyone know how to get a copy of this information for this modem? By the way, this modem is made in Vietnam.

There is no need for a detailed manual as everything is pretty simply and straight forward. What do you need help with?

That is a double edged sword for ISP's. If they let the consumer know about everything they can do, they will want it all. There will be too much info in one place and people will give up helping themselves and resort to helpdesk.
If they sell a modem with a low capability then it will be shredded here, so the ones that know know and the others don't know what they don't know.

SearchingAround:...I'm using Vodafone Ultra Hub (H500-T)...

This provides the basic information:  https://www.vodafone.co.nz/ws2/cms/documents/quick-start-guide-ultra-hub.pdf it's the same as the information provided in the packaging

I had this device but changed to the Vodafone Ultra Hub Plus  which does the same thing but has a mobile connection when the landline isn't too enough.

The V.U.H.Plus basic information: https://www.vodafone.co.nz/cms/documents/ultra-hub-plus-quick-start-guide.pdf

I don't actually use the wifi function of these devices as I have Google Wifi devices providing a mesh network.

When Chorus finish laying their new cables in my area and my house is connected via fibre (in about six months time), I won't need the Vodafone Hub and I'll add it to my growing collection of redundant routers.
