Hi. I’ve just received my new RT2600AC, followed the setup instructions, including Sparks advice on setting up a non Spark router, but it will not connect to the internet. Help!

Assuming the router supports VLAN tagging on the WAN interface there should be an option somewhere to set the VLAN ID or PVID of the WAN interface which you will need to set to 10.

Open the Internet settings and find the IPTV button. The drop down list even has a Spark auto configuration there.
