there are times when my bluetooth software (widcomm 1.4.3.4) shuts down while a device is still connected. the icon on the sys tray suddenly dissappears and when i restart my laptop it shows a message that bttray.exe encountered a problem and is shutting down or ending the program.

one more thing, when i disconnect a device sometimes the logo on the system tray is still connected (blue/green) even if there are no more devices connected. and then i can't connect anymore devices until i restart the computer again.

has anyone encountered the same problems?

what can i do to resolve this problems?

It's strange - never seem this. Check the power management for the USB ports. Make sure the box "The computer can turn the device to save power" is not checked.

Also, check for updates for your OS.
