Ive been trying to link my Nokia 6230 to my PC via a Belkin F8T001 USB adaptor on and off for a few weeks now....no matter what I do, the two connect then disconnect a second later :(

I had a quick look around this forum, but didnt see anything that looked to specifically answer my question (aplogises if I missed something blatant)

Is there anything I can do to get it working? Save for trying to hassle ebuyer.com to give me a refund to then put towards a dongle that actually works....

Thanks in advance

Just a thought, but it could be your phone, my 6230 had to be replaced as the bluetooth link kept dropping when transfering MP3's. Replacement works as expected. Have you checked with another dongle prove/disprove the phone?

I thought that after I posted: no reason why it has to be the dongle

Ill see if I can find an Orange shop nearby (bought phone back home but at uni now) and have a chat with them

There are lots of Bluetooth problems reported on Nokia 6230. For example, check this note about problems with Bluetooth between iPAQ and Nokia 6230.
