I seem to only get 250Mbps up and 200 down via LAN. Is there any configuration settings I need to change? Using the HG659b.

Testing on SpeedTest.net to Spark WLG server. Tested on multiple ethernet cables through this USB-C adapter that connects to my 2018 MBP.

Same speeds on WiFi (5GHz).

Moved to correct forum as not a Spark issue.

Your problem is more than likely the USB-C adapter. I get the same issues on my MacBook Air 2018. It is a shared bus running on the USB spec and not the Thunderbolt spec. To rectify, you need to get a Thunderbolt hub which are expensive.
