Would one of these be enough to cover my neighbors place ? :)

https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/NAPGSM11108/Grandstream-GWN7600LR-MU-MIMO-Dual-Band-2x22-AC130

AP would be at the red dot, and the main coverage area for next door is the yellow. Just standard modern house, fairly open plan, so minimal internal walls, no brick work etc.

Running cabling is not an option.

Cost. Want to keep to a minimum. Basically the home owner is hardly ever home and she is the only there that uses the internet. Other residents aren't interested or happy just using mobile data.

a ubiquiti nano beam wireless bridge is the same price as that AP from pbtech

I haven't used the AP you linked but I am using Grandstreams GWN7610 APs at home at the moment and dont rate them at all, im going to switch them out to something else before the end of the year and has put me using their wireless products again.

Similar experience with GWN7610 APs, and similarly would avoid the brand on the basis of this.

Double the price as you need two of them, and it won't provide wireless access within the house.

One of the Ubiquiti UniFi outdoor units should do the job given the short distances involved.

My bad, I thought it was a price for the bridge.

An old router would sort out the in house wifi as they probably dont need anything special if this is the type of solution they're looking for

Hmm OK, only looked at them as they were recommended by a well known IT firm ;)
