Hi,

Can anyone tell me where I can get the Widcomm Bluetooth installation program (BTW-CE)for my pocketpc.

The Billiuonton site ( http://www.billionton.com.tw/extra/download.htm ) seems to have been modified and there is no link in the drivers download for bluetooth drivers.

Thanks in advance.

from what i understand, the btw-ce is composed of the bluetooth stack and the radio driver. obviously, the radio driver will be specific to the actual hardware used so there's a chance a driver from one manufacturer won't work with another. i know this because i have already tried a couple of them and none works with my card (both seem to use 'btcefujicf.dll' -- fuji is probably an alias for one of the chipsets in use today) i'm not too sure which chipset does the billionton's uses though. if you want to try the ones i have just let me know and i'll try to dig them up.

btw, belkin's uses philips chipset and the software is available from their website, not sure which version though

These files are here now.

jakrit_r, you're right about the use of files of one manufacturer with another's product, but in this case the software is a specific update for the iPaq H3970 with Pocket PC 2002.

I have a Globalsat BT CF card (BTA801) with an iPaq 3835 running PPC2002. I am still unsuccessful in getting the Widcomm program to recognize my card. Any ideas? Here's something interesting. I install the 1.3.1, however, DLL files still appear as 1.2.4 in the Advanced section.

Any ideas?

Thanks!
