Hi There,

I am new to this site and hoping someone can help me.  

Every time I start my computer I get a window opening on the screen which has a bold heading that says 
BTTray.exe - Unable to locate Component  inside the window there is a Red Circle with a cross and a message which says,

This application has failed to start because btwapi.dll was not found.  Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

I looked up both BTTray.exe and btwapi.dll, and they both seem to be conected with bluetooth.  I also have WIDCOMM Bluetooth Software 6.0.1.5500 installed which I have tried to uninstall but keep getting a message window opening saying

The feature you are trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again, or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the installation package 'BTW.msi' in the box below.
