My wife's Surface Pro (last years model) cannot connect to our WiFi all of a sudden. It will connect to my iPhone hotspot and all other devices can access the main WiFi no problem. I'm running a single Unify AP-nanoHD connected to an Edgerouter 4. The AP is running 4.0.54.10625 firmware.

I have reset the Surface to factory defaults and still no joy. Any ideas?

Does it get any error message when you try connect? Can it see it as a available network?

When you factory reset the surface did you do a complete wipe or keep your settings?, log back in with your Microsoft account? It may have kept your Wifi network as a known network if this is the case, Try forgetting the network. I know I've experienced this in the corporate space with Enterprise State roaming which remembers your networks when you login with your account on different devices.

It sees the network and asks for the password but then just says "Unable to connect to network". I did a complete reset but I did log in with a Microsoft account. Event log just says that it failed to connect as the network was no longer available.

Just created another SSID on the same equipment and it worked so its something with that particular connection on the Surface.

Roll the wireless driver back in Device Manager. Hit this issue a few times recently. I don't have my Surface handy but about a month ago I saw a wireless driver update (driver dated ~2018 ish) and after that couldn't connect to a ton of networks.
