Hi team,

I was working with a Satellite card on Sunday and reset the drivers.  The next thing I've lost the internet.

ipconfig /all  reports only

Windows IP Configuration

So what do I do now?

WINXP Pro, IBM M50 desktop 40GB drive 512MB RAM

The LAN light is flashing ok.

The driver says its ok.

Cheers
Bernard

if you go back to the command line and type :

c:\ping localhost

what result do you get? If it actually gives responses then we'll need to look further into this, if on the other hand it gives no response I'd say you accidentally uninstalled your TCP/IP Stack in Windows. Now this isn't as straight forward as uninstalling and re-installing your network card/device drivers, but it can be fixed. Let me know the output of the above command.
