Hi there!!
Ok here it goes! Maybe its totally lame...I have Vista PC, Acer Aspire 5620. No changes, no reinstalls, nothing strange...Got new Microsoft Bluetooth Desktop set, pluged it in. Here is the problem --- there is no Bluetooth icon in Control Panel, even that there are drivers and stuff at the devices menu?!! Icon sits for couple of minutes at the tab, then goes away...
Is there is a way to connect those two via bluetooth, so that I can actually use keyboard and mouse?
Please help!!Thanks in advance!!!

I had this same issue, hunt through Program Files to find the manufacturer of your Bluetooth device (mine was under C:\Program Files\WIDCOMM) and see if you can get your keyboard and mouse to work through there.

My keyboard died about six months ago, mouse still works well though (I've had both around 2 years).
