Does any one here use the FritzBoz parental controls to limit kids internet access?

I am wondering how it calculates the 'Time Limit' setting to measure time spent on a device. Is it accurate? Does it count any network traffic from a device as usage or is there some kind of threshold?

I use it with my kids ... works pretty accurately, I think it measures time the kids devices IPs are up on the network.

Same, similar answer - time the device is hanging on the network, so if the device is off or sleeping it won't count.
