i am trying to use my jabra bt200 with my laptop (sony with internal bluetooth, widcomm software) but after i connect it to my laptop, i only hear a hissing sound and then after a few seconds, my bluetooth software will hang and my bluetooth mouse will stop working and i need to restart my computer for my bluetooth mouse to work again.

any solutions? thanks in advance
