Hello!

When you say "I can no longer access the internet" are referring to what exactly? The internet access you can no longer access was a dial up, dial up through your mobile phone, cable modem, LAN?

It may not be related to Bluetooth after all...

When you install a widcomm driver it creates a virtual network adapter. If you cable modem connection is not on a fixed IP address, but receives an assigned number it may be a conflict between address. You'll have to check this in My Network places, by right-clicking it.

If you're not sure, and do not want to use LAN Sharing from your computer (to a Palm or Pocket PC, for instance), then right-click the Bluetooth icon in the system tray and change the Services configuration to disable the LAN Access service. This should turn off the virtual adapter.
