I have the wireless bluetooth keyboard and intellimouse combo set. I installed the keyboard and it works fine. When I install the mouse it says it got installed and shows up under the bluetooth device menu. But it doesn't work and when you close and reopen bluetooth devices, it's gone. The batteries are charged and I installed the mouse on my roommates laptop and it worked fine. My laptop is Acer Aspire 7720 and I got it with Vista but reinstalled XP on it. I've looked for all sorts of drivers and can't get anything to fix it. what should I do?
