Hi,

I'm trying to login to my Xclaim Xi-3 management setup page on the access point itself (ie standalone mode), because the Xclaim online cloud manager is being shut down in July.

I have deleted the AP from the Cloud manager but have a problem:

My router is giving out an IP address to the Xclaim AP via DHCP and I'm not sure what it is.

How can I find it out so I can access it via a browser?

Thanks!

A lot of routers have a list of the DHCP addresses they are currently handing out - you should be able to see that from one of its web pages, or if it has a command line interface it will almost certainly be available from there.  But the cheap and nasty routers sometimes do not have that feature.  Or if you have a good switch (enterprise grade or at least prosumer), it may have the option to mirror ports.  So you can set up mirroring on the port running to the Xclaim and put another PC (laptop?) on the mirror port and see the traffic in Wireshark.  If your switch is really good, it will list the IP addresses it sees on each port.  My switch (Ubiquiti ES24 Lite) shows the IP addresses on its MAC address page.
