Im looking to change our wireless deployment from Meraki to a new vendor and considering either Aruba or Ruckus and was looking for some recommendations/experiences with either products.

I have just over 200 AP's spread across 17 different sites in NZ with very high density and high bandwidth requirements.

I would be looking to standardise the network stack as well, AP's and switching if that helps with the consideration?

I don't have first hand experience with either, but a colleague who was IT Manager for a major retailer until a few months ago used Aruba and could not speak highly enough of it.  The largest site had 40 access points, from memory.

Having deployed a pretty large number of Ruckus and a slightly smaller amount of Aruba, both are recommended, both brands have switching product as well, ruckus purchased brocade awhile back and Aruba is part of the HP empire, so both wireless products have solid switching to accompany.

Both also offer single pane of glass management, so ideal for your geo distributed network.

Personally I would go Ruckus, but thats only because of the mileage I have on it, but I recommend you give both a look, especially the centralised managment aspect and see what suits.
