I’ve got a udmp that we’ve been having all kinds of issues constantly dropping internet connection so after a factory reset and a call to 2degrees it was working for an hour or so but now it’s saying no internet connection again. The only thing I’ve changed since the fresh install is assigning some static ip’s and re-adding the g4 cameras.

I’ve swapped cat cables from the ont to the udmp with a known good cable and 2degrees reset the password for the pppoe on there end which fixed the issue but only short term.

Does anyone have any advice as to where to start looking?

So you need to elimate the UDM Pro firstly. Do you have your 2degrees router that you can plug in to ensure this is not a connection issue? Once you know its not a connection issue then start with a fresh UDM Pro installation. Check firmware. There has been several firmware related issues with PPPoE on the UDM Pro's. You can always try the beta versions of the firmare to see if it helps. This is if the issue is to do with the UDM Pro as opposed to your connection.

I've never experience connection stability issues with my UDM's before though over PPPoE.
