I'm looking at patch panels for some home networking and I have a small clarification question around the dynamix keystone panels.

https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/CHSDNX1109/Dynamix-PP-UK-24-19-24-Port-Unloaded-Patch-Panel-K

This and a lot of the other patch panels are almost exactly what I'm looking for and will fill up the panel as I wire things accordingly, however I'm a little confused by the "requires slimline" requirement. Does this just mean that if I use a wider keystone jack that the slots either side may not be useable due to the width of the keystone jack?

For example, if I wanted to patch through an LC connector: https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/NETDNX0025/DYNAMIX-LC-Duplex-Multimode-Keystone-Face-Plate-Ad it would fit but might make other slots unusable? Or are they just not compatible?

Correct, you might not be able to use the slots next to them.

That panel is unloaded and will cost quite a bit to load with keystones but can be handy if you are also using different keystones. suggest one of these https://www.pbtech.co.nz/product/ITPA-PAN25/Dynamix-PP-C6-24-24-Port-19-Cat6-UTP-Patch-Panel-T

just for Cat.6 and get one of the unloaded for others
