hi anybody out there to help me!!!

we had no luck with our hp h1940 bluetooth enabled pda to communicate toshiba tecra s1 with bluetooth dongle.

it works ok when we connect to desktop computer exactly same operating system (xppro sp2) and same dongle.

i cant understand why it doesnt work on toshiba notebook.

If you do not use a Toshiba Bluetooth hardware then you should remove the Toshiba Bluetooth stack from your notebook first. After this you can try to install the new software. If this still does not work then check your DeviceManager if maybe the MS stack has already your hardware in use.
