Hi folks,

So my UniFi Switch decided to kark the bed last night and upon opening up the switch it looks like the PSU is faulty (light on PSU itself flickers on and off when power is plugged into it). Does anybody have an old US-16-150W switch they are willing to offload or know where I can buy an identical PSU for it?

Thanks!

Philips Electronics in Penrose repaired a UniFi PSU for us around 12 months ago after it got zapped by a mains power fault that took out around 20 PSUs in the building. Mark Philips is a wizard and surprisingly cost effective in my opinion.

We’ve used their services every other year for repairs like this. Have been satisfied every time and not once did I feel the charge was a bit high.

Can't you just get a PSU from Aliexpress? Surely they just output 12V.

How much did it cost?

Pretty sure the PSUs are 48V.

All fixed up and working now. Ended up getting a Mean Well PSU from Mousser and 3D printed a bracket for it.
