I just purchased a new V551 from Cingular and tried to download my pictures from the phone to my computer and I received an error message "service not supported." I have everything connected correctly because I can send pictures to my phone. Any ideas on how to get my pictures from my phone to my computer?

There is a good chance this service is blocked, Read the hand book and it should go over it in there, saying that the blue tooth can be used for headset and Modem.
