I am using sonyericcson P800, and i bought USB Bluetooth (Cryptonox Branded) and i am using O/S win 2000. when we installed with computer we found the request to input 12 digit. plaese help me thank guys

Are you installing the softwate that came with this adapter? Perhaps you need to enter the serial number or MAC address.

What the serial number do you mean? the serial number in Bluetooth Crypotonix or not ?
I already installed PC Suite P800 in myComputer.

For what you posted before I'm inclined to believe it's the serial number to install the drivers, in this case. It's reported that some USB adapters will ask for a serial number, corresponding to the device's serial number.

Unless you're actually trying to PAIR the devices. In this case, you enter a number in one of the devices (computer for instance) and this number will be asked on other device (P800). This is to confirm that both devices are authorised to talk to each other.
