I am at my wits end here.... I purchased the Motorola V551 and the bluetooth headset (*I had the 801 and the 810).. I can pair them fine and they find the headset however everytime it asks for the 0000 pincode it says invalid. We used this headset with another phone and it was fine... I called Motorola and they couldn't figure it out, we even tried other codes.. nothing..

we did a master reset on the headset and the phone, in short it won't recognize the pin code.. Cingular was clueless on this and the guy at motorola said I have to send them my phone for 15 days (kind of hard to do business without my cell) anybody else have this problem or come accross this??? Any help would be welcome, I have spent two hours on the phone with them and one at the phone store.

I had the 801 working after two hours it just "took the code" then when i went to upgrade to the 810 I TOLD the guy at the store DO NOT DELETE the 801 but he did it anyway and I am back to square one...Invalid Pin... HELP !! and thanks
