Hi There

I have a Netgear Orbi RBR350 which I used with 2Degrees but I have now moved to Sky Broadband and would like to use the Orbi with Sky. However Sky was not helpful to set it up as it was not one of their routers. So I was just wondering if anyone has an Orbi going on the Sky BB network? Any tips on how I can configure this please? Thanks.

First double check you own it outright and don't have to return it as part of a modem rental.

Some specifics are here:

Thanks for your reply. I have found those settings on Skys website but it's not as straightforward to setup in the router settings.

Sky, like any other on Vocus network, works with either DHCP vlan id = 10, identical to 2Degrees, or PPPoE vlan id = 10. So you should NOT need to change any settings

Spark Max Fibre using Mikrotik CCR1009-8G-1S-1S+, CRS125-24G-1S, Unifi UAP, U6-Pro, UAP-AC-M-Pro, Apple TV 4K (2022), Apple TV 4K (2017), iPad Air 1st gen, iPad Air 4th gen, iPhone 13, SkyNZ3151 (the white box). If it doesn't move then it's data cabled.

Also check that Sky is not provisioned on port 2 of your ONT.
