On my old laptop I can connect to 3 devices (headset, phone, GPS) no problems. On a new laptop, same brand, similair model, two of the devices connect but the headset does not.
Problem is, I cant remember the brand of the headset to see if it needs a driver or something to get it going. On the old computer it just shows as AC3 headset.

Any ideas?

You don't need a driver for the headset. Are you using the same Bluetooth software in both laptops?

I have not installed any BT software, just whatever was in Windows Vista. Phone and GPS device connect OK.

Made some progress, the earphone had a pairing problem, now sorted.
However, the phone N6121) is not functioning properly. When I turn it on, the computer sees the phone but I cannot set the pin on it. Windows starts to install drivers for it but then asks for the disk that came with it?
