I have Toshiba Portege 4010 running XP Pro + SP2. I recently installed a bluetooth card but receive a strange error when trying to update the completely non-intuitive bluetooth software originally installed which has me at a loss:
"Error 1309.Error reading from file: C\Documents and Settings\Adminstrator\My Documents\Downloads\3100-en\program files\Toshiba\Bluetooth Toshiba Stack\XcvData.dll. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it."
The file is in:
C\Documents and Settings\Adminstrator\My Documents\Downloads\3100-en\
There are three option buttons: Abort, Retry, and Ignore, and no way to select the file.
The install file I am trying to upgrade to is named 3100-en.zip located here:
http://aps.toshiba-tro.de/bluetooth/directlink.php?snr=2
The software version I can install is named P4010BtoothStackXP.exe and is located here:

I had installed SP2 before installing the BT card.
Thanks.
