I have an Ipaq 3870 and a D-link bluetooth dongle on a Dell laptop running XP.

I have the software installed and everything works great - I can transfer files, read what's on the Ipaq - but I can't connet to the serial com port to active sync.

When I look in my device list in the control panel - I show under ports and com - Com 1 then it jumps to Com 19 - nothing in between.

Active sync won't let me specify com 19 - only 1 or 3?

Where are all my ports between 1 and 19 and how the heck to I find them?
