Hoping someone can help.

I bought a bluemate 217a non bluetooth adapter so i could use a bluetooth headset with my LG 8120 mobile phone. The headset i bought was a Cell Link mini headset BTHS-6023-F.
The company i bought them from assure me they are compatible - and have even replaced the bluemate adapter on my request.
Both devices once fully charged appear to function individually. Lights (flashing) working in accordance with the enclosed instructions.
However, following the instructions provided with the Bluemate Non-Bluetooth Adaptor and the Mini Bluetooth Headset, the 2 units will not "pair", despite multiple pairing attempts.
Further investigation using other bluetooth enabled devices ie. my pc and my clie th55 PDA suggests the Mini Headset to be functioning as pairing with both was successful.
Neither PDA nor PC was able to detect the Bluemate Non-bluetooth Adaptor when set to pairing mode.

I suspect it is due to the fact that the headset requires a code (1234) to be entered in order to pair since both PC and Clie needed to enter it to successfully pair. Any ideas on where to go next?
:S

Hmmm... Not really. The only thing I can think is getting a mobile phone with built-in Bluetooth. Sorry...
