Guys, Just got myself a new Dell, but having problems getting it to sync via bluetooth. Both the laptop and the axim can hold a bluetooth connection, its just not kicking in active sync.

When I follow the Configuration Guide on the site...Everything seems configured okay..The only thing that doesnt happen is Active Sync doesnt detect a device connection but the Bluetooth software does....

Any Idea's

Check the guide again. You should configure ActiveSync on your computer to "listen" to the port defined in the Local Services. Make sure you have only one port there to make it easier.

Also, check that there's no firewall blocking this - Zone Alarm, Norton IS, Windows XP SP2 all can interfere.

And check that this Bluetooth dongle (if USB) is connected directly to a port on your computer, not to a USB HUB.
