The system DLL user32.dll was relocated in memory. The application will not run properly. The relocation occurred because the DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\setupapi.dll occupied an address range reserved for Windows system DLLs. The vendor supplying the DLL should be contacted for new DLL.

Thats the error i get when i first plug in my bluetooth usb adapter during the install process and every time after that when the pc is booted and the BTTray.exe tries to load.

My details are as follows;
Region Australia
OS, WinXP SP2
P/N:UBTB1A-B
S/N:05030500011
Billionton Bluetoth usb adapter v1.2 Class 1

Anyone able to help?

I had the same problem as you.
I tried everything, but only solution is mine :-)
Start>Run>msconfig>after launch>BTTray (disable)
Tray icon doesn´t start, but Widcomm software run properly.

i asked on the billionton forums the same question, and my query was deleted! i put my question up again, only to be told that the problem was with my installation of windows, no duh!

i realise that the problem is with my installation of windows, BUT it was only when their software was installed, ive never had a problem with any other piece of software before, i was sorta hoping that they would know where the problem layed, but no, i got a broken english response!

im resigned to use the windows drivers for the usb device, and floats mobile manager to do basic day to day stuff with it.. browsing the net is out of the question, as are any of the other neat features the billionton software package has.

Error i get when i used Widcomm drivers or Anycom drivers (Widcom based).
Microsoft drivers for BT in SP2 is run properly and this http://www.avelink.com/Bluetooth/index.htm too.

I have a similar problem. Each time I boot my Comp I am greeted with the ERROR Message that " BT Stack Cannot Start "

I am using XP SP2 and use Anycomm BT Dongle

Thanks to the posts on this site now I am atleast able to do Activesync using bluetooth
