First thing to check is that WebPro should not be configured to use a proxy server.

Next is to make sure there's no personal firewall on your PC blocking communications.

Make sure to check this Bluetooth Guide for Palm.

How can I check that web pro is not using a proxy.
There is no firewall blocking it.
