Hey Guys

im looking at getting a bluetooth car kit for my 6630. Looking at two models.

Nokia CK-7W is advertised as the car kit for this phone. The only thing is, its a lot more expensive then the CK-1W.

What i want to know is, will the CK-1W work with a 6630? It doesnt seem to be listed as supported.

CK-7W

CK-1W

The only difference between a CK7W and a CK1W is that the 1W is a dedicated bluetooth car kit and the 7W is a combination of both bluetooth and a fixed wire car kit and this is probably why you will find that the 7W is more expensive.

If you are looking for a bluetooth only car kit there should be no reason why the 1W won't support your phone if the 7W does.

The only advantage you will find in purchasing a 7W car kit is that if you upgrade your phone at a later date to a Nokia phone that does not support bluetooth the cost of upgrading your car kit to suit would be greatly reduced as it would be only a matter of purchasing the correct mobile phone holder, where as if your original purchase was a 1W then you would have to purchase a 7W and a mobile phone holder.

Be aware that the 1W was not released in New Zealand so if you are a New Zealand customer you will have to puchase a car kit from an off shore dealer.
