hi

Well, i am facing problem where i need to connect my nokia 3230 to my Computer using Bluetooth Usb Dongle, I have recently got myself sony erricson W880i and it connects to my Computer with no problems but with the nokia 3230 i can't transfer my files from the nokia 3230 to the Computer, but i can transfer stuff from the pc to the nokia 3230 which goes in its inbox, not like the sony erricson W880i where it opens up its drive with its file transfer service, where i can see the all the folders on the mobile.
I am using BlueSoleil 1.6 release software for the Bluetooth Usb Dongle. There is just one more thing my brother has nokia 7610 and he has installed PC suite from nokia with its adapter, Now i tried using the adapter, but with no luck its asking me for the drivers for the nokia 3230 so i didn't push it further cause i don't want to mess his software connectioons so i was wondering if it is possobe to get to and fro connections for nokia 3230 via bluetooth.

Thanks in advance

I thimnk this kind of behaviour is expected on the Nokia 3230. You will have to use the Nokia PC suite, since it does not look like the phone has the file transfer folder like the sony Ericsson.

okay, i got that bluetooth can't get connected to nokia 3230, but how do i connect it though PC suite, as it is already configured for the Nokai 7610, and if i try to connect the cable to Nokia 3230 it gives me an error that the driver for this modem are not installed but if i connect the Nokia 7610 it connects fine, the other thing is nokia 7610 came with the installation software (PC suite) and the cable for it, but nothing for my Nokia 3230, so is there a solution to use the same PC suite and the cable. cause i need the nokai 7610 to connect as well as the nokia 3230 also.

thanks again for replying to my post :)
