Hello, I've recently bought this laptop, and everything seems to be in order except for the bluetooth connection. When I try to set the laptop to be found by other devices, I get a Windows error. If I try to locate other devices (such as my cellphone) with it, it just won't find them. I've tried looking for drivers, but I can't find any on the acer site. I don't know where else to look for drivers...I also disabled my firewall just in case, and nothing.
I tried looking for bluetooth in Device Manager and can't find it, also pressing the button in front of my laptop will only inform that bluetooth is off.
Can anyone help me here?
Thanks in advance.
