Welcome to Geekzone. Do you have Microsoft Outlook (not Outlook Express) installed?

I asume you are using a Bluetooth dongle with a Widcomm software. In this case, if you don't have Microsoft Outlook, then you might want to either disable the Object Exchange service on your Bluetooth settings, or change it to use Outlook Express.

I have Outlook Express. Will I have to change the bluetooth settings on my mobile?

Not on your mobile, but on your computer. There's a configuration that points to what PIM program is being used. Right-click the Bluetooth icon in the system tray, select Advanced Configuration and change to the Local Service tab.

There you have to change the settings for "PIM Synchronization" and "PIM Item Transfer".
