When i try to install the widcomm drivers, the installation says that no bluetooth device was detected. Anyone has any idea what to do.

Thanks in advance :)

I assume this message comes up after you insert the adapter, which should be only after you install the software?

First check that you have this adapter connected directly to your computer, and not to a USB port.

If this doesn't work, then it could be a faulty adapter, or a faulty USB controller on your computer.
