AFTER SPEAKING WITH PLANTRONICS I WAS TOLD "IT CAN BE WORKED OUT..." I JUST NEED TO CALL THEM WITH EVERYTHING HOOKED UP.
THANKS FOR THE INPUT EVERYONE!

I'm trying to get a Bluetooth headset to work with Dragon Dictate. Does anyone see any reason why it shouldn't both pick up the signal through my dongle and the Dragon realize that this is the mic & smeaker? The reason I'm hoping this will work out is that I'm paralyzed from the shoulders down and while I'm in my W/C I don't want to be "wired" to my computer.

Any help anyone can be would be GREATLY APPRECIATED!!
Thanks,

Bruce

I just purchased a non-Bluetooth ear piece from Plantronics. It's a little more heavy, a bit larger but it works with Dragon Dictate! Thanks everyone for your help, it was and is appreciated!

Welcome to Geekzone.

The sotware should work ok and see the Bluetooth headset as just another speaker/mic combo. Perhaps you should start the software after connecting the Bluetooth headset?
