Hi Anyone,
I recently purchased the above and installed as directed on both Windows 2K Pro and Xp Pro. I get confirmation that the device and software are loaded correctly, so proceeded to add devices. Software finds my phone and continues as expected, but I cannot connect to it. A message comes up saying Connection disconnected even though I press yes on the phone when it asks if I want to accept connection. I am guessing "User error", probably not setup correctly somewhere. Any ideas?.

Welcome to Geekzone... It would help if you could tell us what phone model you're trying to connect, what you are trying to achieve and what othe software you have installed for this.
