I've not used Level One routers or modems, but I've been using one of their switches and 3 of their voip phones for some time now and they seem to be quite ok.

Their switches work well, but then they are a simple device.

Not too bad, I have found there switches to be a little flakey. I havent tried there adsl products but there wireless gear is cheap and cheerful, still using one myself.
Try www.snappernet.co.nz, they have a big list of L1 stuff

Firmware updates seem slow, but hardware is reliable enough.
